What is the RGPD?
The General Regulation 679/2016 of Data Protection (RGPD) is the new European regulation on data protection of direct application in Spain as of May 25, 2018. The RGPD adapts the management of personal data to the new ones digital environments, especially internet and mobile apps, all this in view of the need to unify the standards in this area in the different EU member states and grant customers greater control and management over the treatment that is carried out on their data .
What changes does it mean?
This European regulation adds new rights to those included in the current Spanish regulations, so we are not only going to start updating and expanding the information you have regarding the different treatments of your data and our data protection measures, but that we may also ask for authorization for new treatments, if applicable. All with the aim of being able to provide you with a service more adapted to your needs.
